If your per person allocated spend is less than $3,000 per person for an international experience, please do NOT purchase a planning package without first speaking with us. Additional discovery may be needed to determine if we can serve your needs.
Domestic GROUP planning is for specific U.S. destinations only: Atlanta, Chicago, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Puerto Rico, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
Domestic group planning would need to call our office to discuss further.
If you're paying without speaking with us first, then you're familiar with the service level that we provide. We want to serve those clients who are honestly committed to having a full-service experience planned for them at the level we are known for providing.
Due to the nature of what we provide, once you have received the custom travel itinerary, you cannot give it back or "unsee" it. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PLANNING FEES WHATSOEVER once an itinerary has been provided. All sales are final.
If you have not allocated the minimum spend for the experiences we plan, do not purchase our planning package without speaking to us first.
