Support Hours
Advisor Access
Purchase support time with your dedicated travel advisor — for additional calls, document or form help, itinerary changes, or on-trip enhancements beyond what's included in your planning fee.
- Choose your quantity — 1 hour minimum, no maximum
- Payable at the time you book; you'll receive a calendar link to schedule once paid
- Valid only for the trip currently being planned — unused or unbooked time is nonrefundable and nontransferable
What's Included
What Your Planning Fee Covers
Before You Travel
Every experience includes full itinerary planning and booking, pre-travel preparation emails, and one pre-travel planning call. Additional calls, document assistance, or itinerary changes requested after your proposal is approved are billed through Advisor Access ($75/hour, purchased in blocks).
While You're Traveling
Your planning fee covers you if something goes wrong — flight delays, lost documents, resort issues, or any disruption that needs resolving. That's part of what you hired us for, and it's covered.
If you'd like to add something while you're there — an extra excursion, a room upgrade, extending your stay, a new experience you discovered — we're glad to help, and that's billed separately as an enhancement, quoted at the time of the request.
Important Notes
If your per person allocated spend is less than $3,000 per person for an international experience, please do NOT purchase a planning package without first speaking with us. Additional discovery may be needed to determine if we can serve your needs.
Domestic GROUP planning is for specific U.S. destinations only: Atlanta, Chicago, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Puerto Rico, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
Domestic group planning would need to call our office to discuss further.
If you're paying without speaking with us first, then you're familiar with the service level that we provide. We want to serve those clients who are honestly committed to having a full-service experience planned for them at the level we are known for providing.
Due to the nature of what we provide, once you have received the custom travel itinerary, you cannot give it back or "unsee" it. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PLANNING FEES WHATSOEVER once an itinerary has been provided. All sales are final.
If you have not allocated the minimum spend for the experiences we plan, do not purchase our planning package without speaking to us first.
